Online training is revolutionising the fitness industry. Online fitness programmes offer a more affordable and flexible solution than one-to-one training.
We are delighted to be able to offer training and support to clients all across Ireland and beyond! Our online fitness programmes allow you to schedule a personalised training routine even when circumstance and commitments make it impossible to meet in person.

How does it work?

Once registered, you fill out a comprehensive survey, telling us all about your lifestyle and what you would like to achieve. Based on the information you provide we come back with a customised training and nutrition plan that slots easily into your daily life. You can train at home, in the garden or whatever location you want!
Some of the information we look for includes:

• What is your age?

• What is your weight and height?

• Do you have an existing or previous illness?

• Do you have an existing or previous injury?

• A food journal – to see where you are currently at in relation to nutrition.

• What is your occupation?

• What are your personal goals? Have you attempted a fitness goal previously? If yes, why did it not work?


Worried about staying motivated? You can opt to receive a friendly reminder by text or email, twice a week, encouraging you to workout. In BlueZone Fitness we are all about realistic goals and sustainable fitness plans. Fitness is all about what you can do today that you couldn’t do yesterday. If the fitness plan feels too daunting or if you’re worried about anything we can alter it to best suit your ability.
