BlueZone Fitness will work with you to develop a sport-specific fitness programme that features strength and conditioning.

The individually tailored programmes involve the application of science-based systems to maximise an athlete’s performance.  Improving both strength and conditioning is a high priority for athletes, therefore there are times when both need to be implemented in the training period. Benefits include increased fitness and stamina, injury prevention and overall improved performance.

Individuals and clubs have the option to book one-off training sessions or schedule them on a regular basis, depending on your needs.
